We've been helping QCA kids achieve their highest level of independence for 74 years! We have a fantastic, multi-disciplinary team and we’re looking to add kind, enthusiastic, fun and engaging Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to help us keep up with our ever-growing CTC community!

Responsibilities: 

*Complete comprehensive evaluation regarding child’s current functional status using standardized testing, clinical observation and family input 

*Develop and implement individualized plan of care that best meets the needs of the child—including the modification of treatment goals as needed 

*Adhere to frequency, duration and appropriate treatment guidelines in accordance with established standards of care, policies, procedures and state/federal law *Complete all documentation according to Children’s Therapy Center, APTA/AOTA/ASHA and third-party regulatory standards 

*Work with Director of Billing & Scheduling to provide necessary health information to insurance providers to secure medically necessary services 

*Additional projects as requested

Requirements: 

*Completion of an APTA/AOTA/ASHA approved program

*Current Illinois License & IMPACT number

*Current CAQH ID number 

*Current Iowa License (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

*Experience in a pediatric therapy setting

*Exceptional communication skills 

*A passion for helping kids achieve their highest level of independence!

Our Rock Island Clinic is open Monday-Thursday  8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and we have flexible scheduling available during these hours (part-time with benefits or contract.)
