28th Annual Clinton Run

On Sunday, March 29, 2009, the annual Clinton Run, sponsored by more than 50 local businesses and organizations was held in Clinton, Iowa. Jean Roeder, who has been organizing the event for 28 years on behalf of the Children’s Therapy Center of the Quad Cities and another local charity, reported that 318 runners and walkers participated in this year’s event, despite the cold and snow.

W. K. Juncker, Resource Development for CTCQC, was on hand to assist in awarding the top finishers in each category and represent CTCQC. Judie Gully, not only won her class, but she was the top pledge collector for the event. The event raised a total of $11,526.89 on behalf of the children’s Therapy Center of the Quad Cities.
